Terms of Service

1. Using SingARoom
By using SingARoom you agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for the content added to rooms you host and for how your room is shared.
2. Temporary rooms
Rooms created with "Host Without Account" are temporary. Each one has a set lifetime (the default is three hours) chosen by the host and can be extended by a host while it is running. When the time runs out, the room closes automatically and its data is removed. Guests and hosts are shown a warning before the room ends so they can wrap up in time. Temporary rooms are also subject to creation limits to keep the service available for everyone.
3. Fair use
Do not use SingARoom to harass others, spam rooms or guests, or upload or stream content you do not have the right to use. Hosts may set rules such as limiting how many songs each guest can queue; please respect them. We may close rooms, restrict how many rooms an address can create, or revoke access that violates these rules.
4. Content and copyright
Song videos are provided by YouTube and remain subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and the rights of their owners. SingARoom does not store copies of the video itself — it only shows official karaoke versions available on YouTube.
5. Availability and services changes
The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to keep rooms running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Liability
SingARoom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service.
